Conference Proceedings

Accepted and presented full papers will be collected in conference proceedings, which will be included in Digital Library and provided to Scopus, Ei Compendex, etc. Please log in to submit your paper. Papers should be presented following the Full Paper Format.

Paper Submission
  • Paper Submission: June 30th, 2025
  • Notification of acceptance: July 30th, 2025
  • Camera-ready: August 20th, 2025
  • Special Session / Tutorial Proposal: September 30th, 2025

Full Paper Submission

All submissions will be peer-reviewed to guarantee the highest academic levels of the conference. After submission, the paper will be sent to the technical committee members.

  • For one full paper, minimum 8 pages, maximum 20 pages are accepted.
  • Regular registration includes publication of 16 pages, if more than that, additional 50 USD per page will be charged.
  • Papers must be original work and not previously published.
    • Abstract Submission

      Participants who prefer not to have their paper published and only wish to present and discuss at the conference, can submit an abstract for presentation only.

    • The abstract will be pre reviewed for research fields. Notification can be announced within 5 working days.

    Plagiarism Announcement

    Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

  • Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
  • Report the author's violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
  • Report the author's violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency
  • Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”

  • Presentation Guideline

      Oral Presentation
      * Each presenter has 15 minutes (including Q&A)  
      * Prepare PowerPoint presentation files in advance.  
      * Arrive the room 15 minutes early.  
      Oral Flash Presentation
      * lasting approximately 5-7 minutes  
      * Prepare concise five-slide oral presentations  
      * Arrive the room 15 minutes early.
      Poster Presentation 
      * Prepare printed poster of A1 size 
      * Stand by the posters during the sessions. 
      * Arrivethe area 15 minutes early. 
    At the review stage, the Program Committee may change the presentation type submitted by the author to ensure the continuity of the conference programme i.e. oral presentation may be changed to oral flash presentation OR poster presentation to oral presentation. The Presenting Author will be informed of any change to their submitted presentation type at the acceptance notification stage. The decision of the program committee is final.
